摘要
文章提出了分层教学法的核心与灵魂在于隐性分层、动态分层,并通过辅导环节调节学生层次的流向,这三者很好地体现了分层教学法"因材施教、以人为本"的实质内涵。
This paper proposes that the main idea and soul of ability grouping teaching method are grouping recessively and changeable grouping. And with some assistance link,the students' flowing can be regulated. The three methods above may reflect exactly the real connotation of ability grouping teaching method-“Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”, “People-being-the-first-cause”.
