摘要
通过问卷调查和访谈等研究方法,对258名广西中小学教学一线的教师的教育科研心态进行了调查研究,结果发现:(1)大部分教师已经意识到教育科研的重要性,但科研的热情不高;(2)教育科研成果推广困难;(3)学校科研管理制度不够完善科学,导致机构不全、职责不清;(4)教师的科研动机表现多样化,但缺乏从事教育科研的内部动力和需求;(5)教师的教育科研能力亟待提高。针对学校教师教育科研中在的问题,提出了相应对策,以促进广西教育科研的发展。
By questionaires and intervieus with 258 elementary and middle schools' teachers in Guangxi,they find: (1)Most teachers have already realized the importance of teaching research, but the enthusiasm of their teaching research is not high; (2)The promotion of the education achievements in teaching research is difficult; (3) The management system of scientific research in school is far from perfect, wich leads to the codition that the organization is incomplete and the duty is unclear. (4)The teaching research motive of the teacher displays the diversification, but lacks of internal motive force. (5)The teaching research ability of the teachers needs to be enhanced urgently. The article proposes corresponding management countermeasures, aiming at promoting the teaching research of Guangxi.
