南京市农业土地资源利用现状及开发研究

Studies on the Present Situation and Development of Utilizing Agricultural Land Resources of Nanjing City

南京市耕地、林地、园地等各类土地资源开发利用现状，主要有3个特点：土地利用率较高；土地利用向多元化发展；土地利用条件和手段逐步得到改善。但与社会需求和周边省市相比，还存在差距：粮食供求缺口日趋增大；林地、因地产出率较低。当前，土地资源开发利用的主攻目标是：大力挖掘中低产耕地、林地、园地以及食草畜禽的生产潜力，进一步提高产出水平。其措施是：改善水利设施；提高土壤肥力；改造中低产田；重视发展用材林；提高林特产品的质量；采用割草加以氢化等技术围栏圈养食草畜禽；按照距离城镇的远近，实行不同的土地管理制度和政策；以市场为导向，以技术为动力，进一步加快土地资源合理开发利用。

There are three chareacteristics on the present situation of developing and utilizing all kinds of land resources of Nanjing, such as: farm land, forest land and garden land: high land utilization ratio, land utilization in diversified development, improvement of land utilization conditions and means. But compared the society demonds with other provinces, there lies the gap: the insufficiency magnified between supplied food and demanded food day by day; low output ratio of the forest land and garden land. The article puts forword some measures to develop and utilize reasonally land resources.
