摘要
采用Pro/E软件建立了电机定子虚拟样机模型,导入VisualNastran仿真软件中进行模态仿真研究,得到定子的固有频率和振型,通过模态实验验证了仿真结果.根据仿真结果,分析了定子的危险位置和振型.结果表明现有定子的结构基本满足设计要求,同时给出了定子结构的优化方案,仿真结果对振动实验和定子结构优化具有指导意义.
Based on vibrational study of the characteristics of structure, the virtual prototyping model of base is established by a 3--D modeling software, Pro/Engineer. With the models, mode analysis is carried out by a finite element analysis software, msc. visualNastran. The natural frequencies and vibration shape are obtained. The simulation is proved by experiment. Based on the simulation, the mechanics capability is proved,and the main destroy form and location are indexed. The effect of the vibration is also discussed. The result shows that the structure meets the design requirement, and can be used in the vibrational fest and the stracture optimization of the base.
