This article summarizes the development of the Olympic Movement. It highlights important problems related to the developmental phases of the Modern Olympic Movement .Those problems pointed out what “TOP” plan China should propose in her athletics sports development paying attention to the commercial aspect. The article also highlights an imbalance in the development of the Olympic Movement between Eastern and Western sports culture and therefore proposes new approaches and makes some recommendations.
