摘要
根据准稳态的概念,在充分多的试验数据的基础上,结合工作原理建立了适用于实时仿真的四冲程船用柴油机推进装置的多阶非线性动态模型。这种模型能反映柴油机内部各参数,精度较高,计算工作量适中。文中还提出了计算瞬时传递扭矩的一种倒顺车离合器模型。作为实例,最后给出了以12VPA6柴油机为主机的某舰推进装置的实时仿真结果。
According to the quasi-steady coneept, this paper describes a multi-order nonlinear model suitable for the real-time simulation of 4-stroke marine diesel engines. The model ing is based on the sufficient test data and the working principle of the engine. These kinds of models not only can accurately demonstrate the internal parameters of the engine, but also need only a reasonable calculating cost. An ahead and astern clutch model is also de veloped by calculating the transient transmitted torque. The realustime sirnulation of the propulsion plant of a special warship equipped with 12VPA6 four-stroke diesel engines is presented as an example.
