摘要 针对柴油机振动信号的瞬时非线性特点,论述了车用柴油机振动信号处理理论与方法.采用柴油机振动信号的IMF分量进行特征频带识别,将柴油机振动信号经验模态分解,去掉主要干扰因素所对应的IMF分量,再将剩余IMF分量进行重构得到柴油机振动信号.重构后的信号反映了车用柴油机机身振动的真实信息. Owning to the instantaneous nonlinear characteristics of the vibration signals from the diesel engine, a new method for identifying the characteristic frequency band is put forward by adopting its IMF component. The vibration signals from diesel engine are disposed by using the IMF components with response to main interference factors. Then the true vibration signal from diesel engine can be obtained by reconstructing the remaining IMF components. The results reveal that the reconstructed signal can reflect the true trend of cylinder block vibration for the diesel engine.
