最新颁布和实施的《学位论文编写规则》国家标准(简称新标准)与旧标准相比有了较大的变化,具体表现在适用范围、引用文件、术语和定义等方面.分析新标准的变化和特点,便于学位论文管理机构、学位论文作者和指导教师了解学位论文编写规则的变化,并能尽快贯彻、落实.
The newly issued and actualized national standard of Presentation of Theses and Dissertations has a lot of changes in its applicable scope, cited files, nomenclatures and definition. The changes and characteristics in the new standard are analyzed, so that the management mechanisms, authors, and supervisors of the theses and dissertations can understand the changes of dissertation presentation rules, and implement the rules as quickly as possible.
