Analysis on American Public Colleges and Universities' Strategic Planning

美国高等教育在战略规划方面具有比较成熟的经验。本文选取美国研究型大学、四年制本科院校和公立两年制社区学院等三所不同层次的公立高校,解读他们制订的战略规划,同时归纳其对我国公立高校制订规划的启示。

American higher education has mature experience in strategic planning area. This paper selects three differentlevel public colleges and universities： public research universities, public four-year undergraduate colleges and public two-year community colleges, discusses and analyzes their strategic planning, and summarize their experience from which our public colleges and universities can draw lessons.
