我国社区学院发展势头良好,但尚处于起步阶段且发展不平衡。当前环境下,我国社区学院应定位于区域终身教育的办学和指导机构,发挥学历教育、职业技能培训、社区休闲教育和区域终身教育服务指导等功能,努力完善管理体制,建设学习资源和网络平台,开展队伍培训和开展科学研究,不断提升发展内涵。

The community colleges in our county have been booming these years. However, there is also some unbalanced development in the starting stage. Thus, under the current circumstance, our community college should regard the regional lifelong education and instruction institution as our aims, trying to provide some instructions and services for the diploma education, training of professional skills leisure education in the community and the regional lifelong education. Besides, they should perfect the management system, construct our learning resources and network platform, and carry out team training and scientific research, thus gradually promoting the development connotation.
