Difference and Control of Regional Higher Education Development

区域高等教育发展存在差异是一种必然现象。目前,我国高等教育区域间的发展差异比较突出,区域间发展不公平变得十分明显。本文认为,区域高等教育发展存在差异既有利也有弊,只有兴利除弊,才能保证高等教育事业的协调发展。

There exists difference in development of regional higher education, which is inevitable phenomenon. At present, outstanding differences during the regional higher education development result in unfairness of higher education in different regions. The paper holds that difference in regional higher education has not only negative but also positive effects; so long as can promote what is beneficial and abolish what is harmful, we may ensure coordinated development of higher education.
