摘要
以高铝矾土熟料为骨料,不同比例的超微粉(硅粉)和铝酸盐水泥为结合剂,加入高效外加剂三聚磷酸钠(P3)采用正交实验法以不同配方进行耐火浇注料的成型,分别对试样进行了110,540,815℃力学性能及烧后线收缩率的测试和分析。结果发现影响低水泥耐火浇注料性能的主要因素:水泥的用量是低温阶段耐压强度、抗折强度的主要影响因素,硅粉用量是高温阶段强度的主要影响因素;对于耐火浇注料烧后线收缩的影响,分散剂P3则是高温、低温阶段强度的主要因素。
Taking bauxite chamotte as aggregates, ultra-micro powder (mirosilica) and aluminate as binding agents, mixing high- efficient admixture sodium tripolyphosphate (P3) in, the castable shaping test was carried out in cross experiment method to test and analyze the mechanical property and after burning linear shrinkage degree of test samples under 110, 540, 815 ℃. Main reasons influencing the low-cement-castable's performance were found: the proportion of cement is the key factor for compressive strength and bending strength in low-temperature period, while mirosilica amount makes influence in strengths mainly in high- temperature stage; as for the impact on after burning linear shrinkage of castable, P3 is the key for strength under low and high temperature both.
