中越规范基本风压取值的差异及换算方法

Difference between China and Vietnam codes in basic wind pressure value choosing and relative conversion solutions

风荷载是建筑物的主要荷载之一,尤其是对水泥工业厂房预热器窑尾框架等高耸结构及一些高层和长跨结构。文章提供了中国和越南规范有关基本风压的相关规定和基本风压确定方法;介绍了中国涉及基本风压的有关参数的换算。在此基础上,计算并给出与《越南建筑荷载规范》(TCVN2737-1995)中各基本风压区相对应的中国荷载规范中的基本风压值对照表,可方便相关越南涉外工程的投标报价和设计计算。

Wind load is one of the main loads acted onto the building structures, especially to the high-rising structures like preheater building, etc. and long-span structures. This article supplies the specifications of basic wind pressure and the method to determine it in Chinese and Vietnamese code; introduces the parameters conversion of basic wind pressure. Based on above, the author calculates and gives out a counterpart table, which shows the basic wind pressure value in China Load Code according to the wind zone in Load and Actions-Norm for design （TCVN 2737-1995）, for convenience of bid quotation and design calculation on the concerning foreign projects in Vietnam.
