摘要
出磨水泥温度是水泥制成系统的重要控制指标,其技术措施主要有风冷和水冷二类。文章简要介绍了磨内喷水的意义和目的,详细分析了开流磨和圈流磨采用磨内喷水的效果,及其相关参数间的控制和热平衡计算;同时就喷水方案及自动控制,喷水操作和应用情况等,也进行了概括介绍。分析表明:磨内喷水在降低水泥成品温度的同时,还能获得增产8%的效果,是最佳的降温措施;磨内喷水量随入磨熟料温度升高而增大;大型磨机在风速和磨内喷水量控制合理的情况下,可使成品水泥温度<75℃。
Temperature of cement discharged from cement mill is a key index of cement production system. The cooling of cement is in air cooling and water cooling two types. This paper introduces the importance and aim of water spraying in cement mill, gives detailed analysis on the effect of water spraying in open-circuit mill and closed-circuit mill system, .the control of related parameters and the heat balance calculation; meanwhile, the proposal design/auto control/operation and application of water spray are also introduced in brief. The analysis turns out that water spraying is the best temperature reducing method which can not only reduce the temperature of cement products but also increase the output of mill by 8%.; The water spray amount goes up along with the raise of inlet clinker temperature; the cement product temperature of large-scale mill under reasonable air flow speed and water spray amount can be controlled under 75 ℃.
