篦冷机干油润滑系统的改造

摘要 山东东华水泥有限公司#1线5000t/d水泥熟料生产线篦冷机原采用了一套终端配管式的双线集中干油润滑系统,但在使用中出现了较多问题,如:管道接头漏油、供油点不出油、供油泵不正常、换向控制失灵等,且润滑脂月消耗量达120kg。为此,该公司对润滑系统的供油控制方式、管道接头、油泵组位置、分配器使用进行了全面彻底改造。改造方案主要包括将终端配管方式改为环式配管方式,重新敷设主输油管道,并将主管道的卡套式接头全部更换为焊接式接头等。结果表明:改造后的润滑系统运行非常可靠,润滑脂每月消耗降为30kg左右。使用近一年的时间,没有出现过篦冷机因为缺油托轮卡死引起的停窑事故,提高了生产效率。 The lubrication system of the 5 000 t/d cement clinker production Line 1 of Shandong Donghua Cement Co., Ltd. was originally a set of central grease lubrication system with terminal piping system, but during practice, many problems occurred, including oil leakage at pipe joints, blockage at lubrication points, abnormal running of oil pumps, failure of controllers etc.. Moreover, grease con- sumption was high up to 120kg per month. Hence, the company made a thorough renovation in oil supply methods, pipe joints, pump units position, distributors and so on. The terminal piping mode was changed to ring piping mode, oil pipelines were re-laid. Pipe joints were changed from clap type into welded type. The result shows that the reformed system is reliable and monthly grease con- sumption is reduced to around 30 kg. The kiln has not been shutdown due to the stuck roller due to lack of grease during recent nearly one year' s operation therefore the production efficiency is raised in consequence.
