摘要
分析了目前常用的余热锅炉效率、余热发电效率、系统余热发电利用率、吨熟料发电量、平均发电功率、站用电率、汽轮机汽耗和热耗等技术评价指标的计算依据和应用前提,指出了各种指标应用的局限性。在此基础上,从水泥窑余热发电技术性能评价方法角度,探析了选择评价余热发电技术性能的理论依据。
This paper analyzes the calculation basis and application pre-conditions of various technical performance evaluation index such as WH boiler efficiency, cogeneration efficiency, system cogeneration utilization rate, power generation amount per ton clinker, average power, auxiliary power consumption rate, steam consumption and heat consumption of turbine and so on; the limitations in application of these index are also pointed out. Based on the above, theoretical basis of evaluating cogeneration performance is discussed from the angle of selecting suitable assessment index.
