YY-3000型油岩综合评价仪多路高精度温度程序控制器的研制

摘要 针对地化录井仪器在现场使用中存在的T_(max)值平行偏差大、残碳分析值重复性差等问题,在YY-3000型油岩综合评价仪多路高精度温度程序控制器的研制过程中,开展了测温电路、功率控制的研究及温度控制算法的选择与试验,结果表明:热解炉P参数值范围设置为3~12、I参数值范围设置为30~100、D参数值范围设置为5~15时,热解炉温度波动幅度较小,S_2及T_(max)值比较稳定,峰形对称,曲线光滑完美,且重复性好。 In accordance with the problems existed in the wellsite that the parallel deviation of T_(max) value is bigger and the re peatability of analysis value for carbon residue is poorer, during the manufacture of multiple-pass & high accuracy temperature programmable controller for YY-3000 Oil Rock Composite Evaluator,the authors developed the research of thermometric circuit,power controlling and the choose and test for temperature controlling algorithm,the results showed that when the pyrolysis heater P parameter is set up from 3 to 12,I from 30 to 100,D from 5 to 15,the fluctu- ation magnitude of pyrolysis heater temperature is smaller, S_2 and T_(max) value are steadier,the peak shapes are symme- try,the curves are smooth and perfect,and repeatability is good.
