论述了图书馆实施服务质量管理的必要性,探讨了服务质量管理体系的构建、运行、评审与改进。希望能为图书馆建立完善自我管理、加强自我控制与持续改进服务质量的监控机制提供参考。
This paper expands the necessity that library implementing library service quality and service management system construction, the movement, the appraisal and the improvement. We hope can provide the reference of the library monitoring mechanism of establishing the self - management , strengthening self - control and improving service quality continually.
