摘要
通过水培试验研究了不同氮形态对菠菜硝酸盐、草酸含量的影响。结果表明:在NO3--N/NH4+比例为100/0时菠菜的生物量最大,而随着NH4+比例的增加,菠菜的生物量呈递减趋势,根冠比则在升高。菠菜可食部位的硝酸盐、草酸含量随铵态氮比例的增加逐渐减少,在完全供铵时含量最少。NO3--N/NH4+比为25/75时Vc含量最高。
Hydroponical experiment was carried out to study the effect of nitrogen forms on growth and nutritional quality of spinach.The results showed:The biggest biomass of spinach was found in the ratios of NO^-3-N to NH4^+-N of 100/0.The biomass were decreased but roots/shoot was increased with the increasing of ammonium nitrogen form ratio.The contents of nitrate and oxalate decreased with the increasing of ammonium nitrogen form ratio,and they were lowest for complete ammonium nitrogen.The content of vitamin C was highest when the ammonium nitrogen form ratio was at 25/75.
