干旱胁迫对三种冷季型草坪草保护酶的影响 被引量:16

摘要 用不同浓度PEG对多年生黑麦草、高羊茅和白三叶进行干旱胁迫,测定叶片1~5 d的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化。结果表明:3种冷季型草坪草对干旱有较强的适应能力,适宜在我国北方寒冷干燥地区推广种植。 This experiment studied the changes of activity of Protective Enzymes of Lolium perenne L.、Trifolium repens Linn.and Festuca arundinacea Schreb were treated with different consistency PEG-6000 solution for 1-5 days.Physiology indexes of activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) hydrogen peroxidase(CAT)were determined.The result showed that the three types of cold-season turfgrasses had strong adaptability for drought and adapt to plant in dryness and chilliness north of China.
