摘要
以崂山玉铃花为材料,进行了硬枝扦插研究。结果表明:玉铃花的生根率因不同的生长调节剂及不同浓度、插条采集部位、扦插基质的不同有显著差异;适宜的环境条件和合理的管理措施可以提高扦插生根率。以100 mg/kg的ABT和IBA对插穗生根的促进作用最显著,采自枝条中部的插穗成活率最高,扦插基质以河沙∶草炭∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1的混合基质扦插生根情况较好。
Styrax obassia growing on the Laoshanmountain was used as experimentalmaterials in Hardwood cutting.The results showed that there was evident difference of rooting rate in the different exogenous hormones and different concentrations,cutting wood collection positions and different cuttingmedia.Suitable environment conditions and reasonablemanagementmeasures could improve cutting rooting rate.ABT 100mg/kg and IBA 100mg/kg had themost remarkable effect on rooting rate of Styrax obassia cuttings.Survival rate was the highest when cuttings were collected from themiddle of the branches.The cutting rooting condition was better when the cuttingmedia with sand,peat and perlite weremixed in 1∶1∶1.
