粗2-巯基苯并噻唑合成促进剂N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了次氯酸钠氧化粗2-巯基苯并噻唑(M)合成橡胶硫化促进剂 N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(CBS)的工艺。确定的最佳工艺条件为:n(环己胺):n(M)=2.5:1.0,n(硫酸):n(NaOH)=0.4:1,反应温度45℃,NaClO 滴加时间1.5 h。中型试验结果表明:CBS 收率约94%,其质量指标达到了 HG 2096—91标准中一级品的标准。该新工艺取消了粗 M 的精制工序,大幅减少了废水排放,降低了生产成本。 Rubber vulcanization accelerator N-Cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulphenamide (C13S) was prepared with crude 2-mercaptobenthiazole (M) and cyclohexylamine with sodium hypochlorite as oxiant. The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows, n(cyclohexylamine) : n(M)=2.5 : 1, n(sulfuric acid) : n(sodium hydroxide in NaClO) =0.4 : 1, reaction temperature 45 ℃, and reaction time 1.5 h. The results of pilot test demonstrated that the yield of CBS was about 94% and the quality of CBS was first grader, analyzed according to the HG 2096-91 criterion. The new process avoids the refining procedure of crude M, and decreased the amount of waste water and the cost of product.
