摘要
以聚醚210、聚醚330、二羟甲基丙酸和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯为主要原料,采用自乳化法合成了不同组成的水性聚氨酯乳液压敏胶。实验考察了聚醚210和聚醚330以及混合聚醚对乳液和胶膜性能的影响。通过粒径分析、DSC、电子拉力试验机等测试手段对产物的相容性、热行为及力学性能进行了表征,结果表明:当软段为混合聚醚时乳液呈半透明带蓝光,软硬段的相容性提高。随着聚醚210/聚醚330的比值增加,胶膜拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都先增大后减小。当 m(聚醚210):m(聚醚330)为1:6时,乳液粒径小且分布窄。该乳液对聚酯薄膜与铝片有很好的粘接性,其剥离强度优于国内水性聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯压敏胶指标。
Different kinds of waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesives were prepared by self-emulsion using polyether(N210),polyether(N330), dimethylolpronic acid(DMPA)and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as the main materials. The influences of polyether (N210), polyether(N330)and blended polyether on the properties of emulsion and film were investigated. The compatibility, thermal behavior and mechanical properties of the samples were characterized by Malv- ern particle size analyzer, DSC, stress-strain test, etc. The results showed that the emulsion was blue and semi-transparent when soft segments were blended polyether and the compatibility of soft and hard segments of WPU was good. The film's tensile strength and elongation at break increased at first, and then decreased with the increase of the ratio of polyether210/330. The particle sizes of the emulsion were small and narrowly distributed when the ratio of polyether210/330 was 1: 6. The bonding property of the prepared adhesive for polyester film and aluminium sheet is good. Its per- formance is better than the domestic WPU and acrylic ester pressure-sensitive adhesive.
