基于nrDNA ITS测序鉴定枸杞航天突变体的初步研究

摘要 利用nrDNA ITS(核核糖体DNA基因内转录间隔区)碱基序列测定的方法,对经过空间诱变在鲜果千粒重发生性状变异的3个枸杞材料进行碱基序列测定,结果表明:基于ITS可以明确05-12-29,05-12-02两个突变体在DNA水平发生了突变,而05-14-01在ITS序列上变异较小,是否是航天突变体有待进一步的研究。 Study on the sequence of DNA of 3 Lycium Linn materials which were induced to change through space,and the thousand grains weight of fresh fruit of which was variation.in the nrDNA ITS.The results showed that two mutation bodies(05-12-29 and 05-12-02)distinctly took place mutate in the level,but the variation of mutation body(05-14-01)was smaller in the ITS sequence,whether was a space mutation body need a further research.
