一株链霉菌发酵液的杀虫活性及稳定性研究 被引量:3

摘要 从土壤中分离得到一株放线菌菌株,分别以叶片夹毒法和玻片浸渍法检测该菌株发酵液对小菜蛾和二斑叶螨的杀虫活性,48 h后校正死亡率分别为71.7%和56%。通过对发酵液稳定性的初步研究,结果表明:发酵液中的活性物质在60℃以下、偏酸性条件下比较稳定。是一株值得深入研究的杀虫抗生素生产菌株。 Actinomycete mycelia were isolated from soil and leaf sandwich method and Slide immersion were respectively used to determine that fermentation broth from the fungal mycelia had varying degrees of insecticidal activity towards Plutella xylostella and Tetranychus urticae,the relative mortality was 71.7% and 56% after 48 hours respectively.Preliminary studies were conducted on stability of the fermentation broth.The antimicrobial substance in the fermentation broth was stable to temperature below 60℃ and acidic pH.So it was deserved for further study.
