摘要
为了满足电力用户以及电力生产厂家的需求,笔者以拓展三相逆变器"自然软开关动作"状态为出发点,提出了一种可升压自然软开关变流技术控制机理。采用该技术的新型三相逆变器由于电路结构简单,控制方便可靠,因而能方便地作为电力有源滤波器的逆变器用于谐波补偿。主要研究了一种新型逆变器拓扑和新型自然软开关变流技术特性,通过对主电路的分析,导出了新型AC/DC/AC变换器拓扑采用了空间电压矢量法,结合所提出拓扑的特点,重点介绍如何采用锯齿载波空间矢量脉宽调制法来实现数字控制。最后进行了仿真实验验证了该变流控制技术的正确性和可行性。
In order to meet the demand of electricity users and power electronics manufactures, this paper presents a novel variable current technology control principle for natural soft-switching in order to develop the natural soft-switching act-state for the three-phase inverter. The novel three-phase inverter with this technology is used as an inverter of active power filter for harmonic compensation because of its simple circuit structure and reliable control. The topological structure of the inverter and the variable current technology for natural soft-switching are investigated. Based on the analysis of the main circuit, a space voltage vectors method is proposed for a AC/DC/AC inverter. The way to implementing digital control is presented by means of the space vectors pulse-width modulation method of indented carrier, according to the characteristic of the topology. Simulation result demonstrates the correctness and feasibility of the proposed technology.
