不同冷冻温度对陶赛特肉羊冻后精子活力的影响

Effect of Different Frozen Temperature on Sperm Activity of Froze Semen from Dorset Mutton Sheep

采集2只陶赛特肉羊的精液在不同冷冻温度下制作冻精,研究不同冷冻温度对其精子的冻后活力的影响。结果表明:在-105±5℃^-135±5℃的温度下制作的冻精,解冻后的精子活力和精子复苏率非常显著地高于在-75±5℃^-105±5℃的温度下制作的冻精(P<0.01);比在其他2种区间的温度冷冻下、解冻后的精子活力也好,差异显著(P<0.05)。

The froze semen was manufactured witl the semen which was collected from two Dorset mutton sheep under the different frozen temperature and the effect of different frozen temperature on sperm activity of the frozen semen was studied. The results showed that the sperm activeiy and the sperm resuscitation rate of froze semen manufactured in the range of （ - 105 ± 5 ） ℃ to （ - 135 ± 5 ） ℃ after defrosting were very significantly higher than those in the range of （ - 75 ± 5 ） ℃ to （ - 105 ± 5 ） ℃ （ P 〈 0.01 ） and were significantly higher than those in other two ranges of temperature （P 〈0.05）. as well.
