在线液体颗粒计数器校准方法研究

Research on Calibration Method of On-line Particle Counter for the Liquid

在线液体颗粒计数器在液压润滑系统的污染控制中获得广泛应用,但是,这些仪器在采用传统方法校准时出现了困难。为此,笔者研究并设计了在线液体颗粒计数器的校准方案,解决了大颗粒尺寸校准误差大和微流量取样时流量不稳定的问题,分析了校准结果的测量不确定度,得出了在线液体颗粒计数器的校准方法。

The on-line particle counter for the liquid is widely used in the contamination control of a hydraulic and lubricating system. However, it＇s difficult that the instruments are calibrated by the traditional methods. Calibration project for the on-line particle counter for the liquid was designed, and the problems that the error is large when the big particle sizes are calibrated and the flow is unsteady when tiny flow is sampled were resolved, and uncertainty of the calibration result was analyzed, and the calibration method of the on-line particle counter for the liquid was got.
