摘要
分析了一种压电型先导阀的结构及工作原理,建立了先导阀的数学模型。在此基础上,利用AMESim仿真软件对先导阀进行了PWM控制仿真研究,分析其静、动态特性;并运用压力反馈、PID控制等复合控制方法,仿真表明该方法能有效提高阀的性能,大大降低稳态误差。
A kind of piezoelectric-type pilot valve structure and working principle was analyzed and the mathematical model of valve was set up. The PWM control simulation research of valve based on AMESim simulation software was conducted to analyze its static and dynamic characteristics. The compound control method combined with pressure feedback, PID and PWM was applied. The simulation shows that this method can effectively improve the valve performance and greatly reduce its steady-error.
