摘要
针对非对称缸电液伺服系统所具有的非线性、时变性和增益不对称性的特点,采用模糊自整定PID控制的方法,根据系统控制性能的变化使PID的参数进行在线调整,以克服系统的非线性、时变性和增益不对称性对电液伺服系统的不利影响。仿真和实验结果表明,采用模糊自整定PID控制的非对称缸电液伺服系统具有良好的控制性能。
In order to erase the influence of uncertain parameters in the unsymmetrical oil-cylinder electro-hydraulic servo system, a fuzzy control method with adaptable coefficients was presented. The adaptable coefficients fuzzy control method was used to reduce the bound phenomenon effectively. Simulation and experimental results show that this control strategy efficiently improves trace ability of the system, and it makes the system have better dynamic performance and robustness.
