摘要
开展了使用TiN涂层刀具对Rogers/Duroid RT6010铝衬微波印制板进行高速铣削加工刀具磨损机理和耐用度的实验研究。使用SEM和能谱观察分析了前刀面和后刀面的磨损形态,结果显示切削铝衬微波印制板刀具主要存在磨料磨损、粘结磨损和扩散磨损等,其中以磨料磨损为主。为保证工件的加工精度,刀具的后刀面磨损带不宜超过40μm。笔者采用正交实验与曲面响应方程相结合的方法,推导了TiN涂层刀具的耐用度模型。研究结果有助于合理选择高速铣削铝衬微波印制板刀具与切削参数。
The study was carried out on the wear mechanics and the tool life of TiN coated cemented carbide cutting tool in high speed milling of the Rogers/Duroid RT6010 aluminum base microwave printed circuit board. The SEM and energy spectrum results show abrasive wear, adhesive wear and diffusion wear occur in the cutting process. Among them, the abrasive wear is the dominant wear reason. In order to get satisfied machining quality, the tool flank wear standard of TiN cutting tool is commended as less than 40μm. The tool life model was set up with response curved face analyzing method and orthogonal experimental design.
