摘要 振动会使系统产生不稳定性,甚至导致系统结构的破坏和工作的失效,因此必须采取隔振或减振措施如建立隔振平台以保证系统工作的安全性和稳定性。笔者结合粘性流体阻尼和空气弹簧的特性,建立了波纹管式气液混合隔振器的物理模型,并对其三参数模型进行了分析计算和比较。进行了气液混合隔振器的原型试验,对隔振器的阻尼力和振动传递率进行了分析。 The vibration may decrease the system stability, and sometimes it will do serious harm to the structure of the system and invalidate the system. So it's very necessary to take some methods to decrease the vibration to ensure the system security and stability. The model of bellows air-fluid damper was built. The three-parameter model were analyzed. The two models were compared. The experiments of the bellows air-fluid vibration isolator were carried out, the damping force and the vibration transfer ratio were analyzed.
