摘要
根据瓦斯钻机参数调节的特征,建立了钻进速度最优数学模型,并采用了逐个变量试行登山法进行寻优;将电液比例技术引进钻机的泵站系统,采用PLC作为自动送钻系统的控制器,完成了控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计,并进行了实验,取得了预期的效果。
According to the character of parameter adjustment for gas drill , mathematic model of the best velocity of drill was set up. The trial implementation hill-climbing arithmetic for each variable was used to find the best value. Elecrtro-hydraulic technology was introduced into the pumping station system. PLC was usdod as the processor for auto-drill system. The hardware and software of control system were designed. Experiment was done and the prospective result was got.
