摘要
分析了现有横移绞车控制系统使用中存在的缺点。根据具体施工需要,将某绞吸式挖泥船横移绞车的电气控制系统改造为液压控制系统,解决了原系统能耗高、噪声大、电气触点多、故障率高的缺点,且改造后系统操作简便、无级变速,基础费、施工安装费和维修费等都比原来小。
The existing shortcomings of hydraulic control system for horizontal shift winches of cutter suction dredger were analyzed. According to the specific needs of the condition, the electric control system was changed to the hydraulic control system. This can solve the original system of high energy consumption, strong noise, many electrical contacts, and high failure rate. The hydraulic control system is simple, can realize continuously variable, and the expenses for installation and maintenance is low.
