摘要
文章分析了影响新农合持续发展的关键因素,提出要"五化"筹资机制和确立补偿模式要遵循的"两原则",以期为其全面实行提供借鉴。
The key factors to influence the sustainable development of New Rural Cooperative Medicine System are analyzed. It is suggested that the financing and compensation system involved with five sides should be set up and two principles should be followed in order to provide the reference for the full operation.
