摘要
介绍陇川县HIV/AIDS抗病毒治疗县乡村三级管理模式和探索实施县乡村三级管理的实用价值。结果表明:HAART(联合高效抗反转录病毒治疗)实行三级管理具有良好的可操作性与临床实用价值,其对促进服药依从性、提高临床治疗效果、降低机会性感染发生率与死亡率具有良好的推动作用。
The three-tiered management model for antiretroviral treatment at county-township-village level in Longchuan was introduced and its feasibility was explored. The results indicated that the three-tiered management model for highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART） is feasible and practical clinically and it contributes the good adherence to take medicines, the effect of treatment, the low incidence of opportunistic infections and the decreased mortality.
