摘要
目的:研究普通铁线蕨的挥发油化学成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对普通铁线蕨根和叶的挥发油成分进行分析和鉴定,用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果:从根中鉴定出26个成分,从叶中鉴定出32个成分,两者中有20个成分是相同的。正壬醛可能是叶中主要的香气成分,2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚可能是根中主要的活性成分。结论:固相微萃取(SPME)技术操作简单、装置便于携带、操作成本低廉,适宜推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the essential oil from Adiantum edgeworthii METHODS: The essential oil from Adiantum edgeworthii were analyzed and identified by head- space solid micro- extraction coupled with GC- MS (HS- SPME- GC- MS), and the relative content of each constituent was derived by area normalization method. RESULTS: 26 constituents from the roots and 32 from the leaves of Adiantum edgeworthii were identified. 20 identical constituents were detected in both leaves and roots. N - nonanal might be the chief constituent in the leaves while 2,6- di - tert - butyl p - cresol the chief active constituent in the roots. CONCLUSION: The HS - SPME - GC - MS technology is characterized by simple operation, portable of the equipment involved, cheap in cost and its use deserves to be popularized.
