GK-Ⅵ型裂解炉烟气露点腐蚀原因分析及解决措施

COUNTERMEASURES AND ANALYSIS ON THE PROBLEMS OF FLUE GAS DEW POINT CORROSIONIN GK-VI FURNACE

中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司烯烃厂1号乙烯装置3台 GK-Ⅵ型裂解炉建成投产后,对流段炉管均发生了烟气露点腐蚀问题,影响裂解炉的稳定运行。分析了 GK-Ⅵ型炉对流段产生烟气露点腐蚀的原因,介绍了防止烟气露点腐蚀的措施。

Flue gas dew point corrosion occurred on the convection coils in three GK-Ⅵ furnaces in the No.1 Ethylene Plant at YPC soon after they were put into op- eration,and the operational stability of the cracking fur- naces was affected.Reasons for flue gas dew point cor- rosion in the convection section of GK-Ⅵ furnace are analyzed,and countermeasures against flue gas dew point corrosion are introduced.
