摘要
全国旅游"十一五"发展规划中指出,要创新发展模式,解决我国旅游增长方式粗放,推动旅游产业发展方式由数量型向效益型转变。实行职工带薪年休假制,将刺激人们的休闲需求,改变人们的休闲方式,从而深刻影响休闲旅游业供给的规模、类型和运行方式,实现供求关系的良性互动,推动休闲旅游产业增长速度、模式与效益的统一,从需求和供给两个方面推动休闲旅游产业转型增效。
According to the llth National Tourism Five-Year Plan, China's tourism development has to seek and test new models to solve problems along with mass tourism growth, and change the tourism industry development from quantity to quality and profit-orientation. To establish a system of paid annual leave for all employees will stimulate people's leisure demand, change the style of leisure activities, thus influence tourism supply scale, scope and operational model. Such changes will enable a benign interaction between tourism supply and demand, stimulate the leisure tourism industry growth in real terms, i.e. both quantity and quality. From this point of view, leisure tourism development re-modeling will be pushed by both demand and supply forces.
