摘要
在马钢新建2 250mm热轧机组上,采取低碳+高锰+微合金化元素的成分设计方案,通过优化冶炼、轧制工艺,成功研制了热轧X52管线钢板。研制结果表明:马钢生产的X52管线钢板的性能优于标准和用户的要求。
X52 pipeline steel plate was successfully developed and produced at Masteel's new 2250mm hot rolling mill using a chemical design of low-carbon + high manganese+ micro-alloying elements and through optimized metallurgy and rolling process. Results show that the X52 pipeline steel plate produced by Masteel has properties above the requirements of standard and customers.
