Protective Castables for Oil-Cooled Beam of Fercalx Limestone Kiln

叙述了弗卡斯石灰窑油冷梁保护砖的现状,提出了采用浇注料整体浇注保护层的设想;以电熔镁砂、烧结镁砂为骨料,微粉为结合剂、添加钢纤维研制的浇注料,具有良好的整体性和抗石灰侵蚀能力,理化性能优于耐火砖。

The current status of the protective bricks for the oil-cooled beam of Fercalx limestone kiln is presented. The idea of using castables to cast a monoblock protective layer is put forward. Using fused magnesia and sintered magnesia as aggregates, micro-powder as binder and added with steel fiber, the castable shows good integrity, lime corrosion resistance and physical and chemical properties better than refractory bricks.
