鼻咽分泌物ECP在早期预测呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎后哮喘中的诊断价值

The ECP of NPS made Great Value on Early Judgement of RSV Bronchiolitis Developed Asthma

目的:探讨呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)毛细支气管炎鼻咽分泌物(NPS)中嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)在毛细支气管炎后哮喘中的诊断价值。方法:选取72例RSV毛细支气管炎患儿,急性期检测NPS中ECP含量,随访8a,比较毛细支气管炎后哮喘与非哮喘组上述指标的差异。结果:毛细支气管炎后哮喘组急性期NPS中ECP较非哮喘组明显增高,有显著性统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:RSV毛细支气管炎患儿鼻咽分泌物ECP测定对其预后的早期预测有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ECP in RSV bronchiolitis developed asthma. Methods The NPS of ECP was determined in 72 patients with RSV bronchiolitis in acute phase, 24 patients developed asthma after 8 years follow up,then compared ECP levels with non-develped athma. Results The ECP levels of RSV bronehiolitis developed asthma were much higher than non-develped athma, which showed significant diffetence（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The detection of ECP during acute RSV infective phase has great clinic value to tell who would develop asthma in next few years.
