PdMgAl类水滑石催化剂的活性研究

Catalytic Activity of PdMgAl Hydrotalcite Like Composite Catalyist

以共沉淀法制备PdMgAl类水滑石为催化剂前体制备PdO-MgO-Al2O3催化剂,用固定床管式反应器测试催化剂对丙酮一步法制备MIBK的催化活性,研究反应温度、氢酮比、进料液空速及催化剂组成对该反应的影响.在常压下,反应温度为180℃,氢酮物质的量比为1.5,液空速为1.20 h-1,选取不同组成的催化剂进行催化性能测试.实验结果表明:当n(Mg)∶n(Al)=3∶1,Pd质量分数为0.2%时,丙酮的转化率为82.87%,MIBK的选择性为53.56%,收率为44.39%.

In this paper, hydrotalcites are synthesized by co-precipitation. The activity of the catalyst to one-step synthesis of methyl isobutyl ketone from acetone hasbeen tested by the fixed bed integral reactor. The influences of catalyst composition and the reaction condition to catalytic activity were studied. When the reaction temperature is 180℃, hydrogen/alkone is 1.5,and the liquid space velocity is 1.20h^-1 at atmospheric pressure, the selective catalysts with different composition were tested. The results showed that the acetone conversion is 82.87%, MIBK＇s selectivity is 53.56%, the yield of MIBK is 44.39% when Mg/Al molar ratio is 3 ： 1 and the Pd content is 0.2%.
