摘要 对废餐饮油用酯交换法制备生物柴油的工艺条件进行了研究,考察反应条件如反应温度、反应时间、醇油体积比、催化剂用量的变化对反应产率和产品性质的影响,并确定最佳反应条件为:醇油体积比1∶5,催化剂用量为0.2%,反应温度60℃,反应时间为60 min.生物柴油的主要性能指标基本达到国外(DIN V51.606)生物柴油标准,也与我国0#柴油(GB252-1994优极品)的主要性能指标相接近.对于提高资源利用程度,开发替代能源具有重要意义. Biodiesel production with sodium hydroxide catalyst was explored by transesterification of used frying oil. Reaction conditions, such as catalyst concentration, molar ratio of methanol to raw oil, reaction time, reaction temperature, were investigated. The results indicate that the optimum reaction conditions are the molar ratio of methanol and oil at 1 : 5, catalyst concentration at 0.2% and at 60℃ after 60 min. Biodiesel properties are satisfied with those standards of biodiesel DIN V51.606 in Austria and 0^# in China.
