霉菌Dh-B1菌丝球吸附铅离子的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究pH、温度、吸附时间、Pb2+质量浓度及菌丝球投加量等对曲霉属菌种Dh-B1吸附Pb2+的影响.结果表明,pH为5,吸附时间20 min,Pb2+质量浓度100 mg/L,菌丝球投加量2 g/L(干质量)时吸附效果最好,此时温度为30℃,吸附量可达39.96 mg/g.通过红外光谱分析对吸附机理进行初步探讨,红外光谱分析表明菌丝球吸附Pb2+的主要活性基团是酰胺基(—CONH)和羟基(—OH),吸附前后—OH键发生约15 cm-1位移,酰胺基Ⅱ、Ⅲ分别发生约13 cm-1、14 cm-1位移;羟基结合Pb2+后νOH相对强度减弱,而且吸收峰变窄,说明Pb2+与被—OH键掩盖的—NH—键发生络合. The Pb^2+ was effectively adsorbed by Dh-B1. The operated factors, such as pH, temperature, adsorption time, initial concentration and pouring amount of mycelial pellets were studied. The results showed that the optimal adsorption effect was obtained when pH was 5.0, adsorption time was 20 min, initial concentration was 100 mg/L and pellet pouring amount was 2g/L. The adsorption capacity reached 39.96mg/g. Adsorption mechanism was also studied by infrared spectrum analysis. Tt showed that--CONH and --OH were principal activated groups of composite biosorbent. The absorbance peak around 3 380 cm^-1 which reflected--OH stretching vibration, moved about 15 cm^-1 after adsorption, the absorbance peak which reflected--CONH also had the similar change. The absorbance around 3 380 cm^-1 was decreased, and it showed that the lead ion coordinated with --NH-- which was concealed by--OH.
