摘要
采用聚丙烯酸沉淀法,以新鲜鸡蛋壳为原料,从中提取溶菌酶.通过设计不同的抽提条件,得出非常适合提取微量溶菌酶的方法.实验结果表明:最佳抽提pH为4.5,最佳抽提温度为40℃,最佳抽提质量分数为1.5%,最佳盐析pH为11,在此条件下得到的溶菌酶酶活最高,为153 12U/mg,收率约为0.13%.
Lysozyme was extracted from the fresh eggshell by polyacrylic acid precipitation method. The results showed as following: extraction pH 4.5, extraction temperature 40℃, extraction density is 1.5 %, the best salting out pH value is 11, obtains the enzyme under this condition to be while still alive biggest, is 153 12 U/mg, the production concentration reached at 0.13%.
