摘要
金属细管的微细切割,目前使用最多的是YAG激光器。但随着光纤激光器的发展,光纤激光器也逐渐使用到金属细管的微细切割上。首先使用光纤激光器对钴铬合金细管进行切割,通过改变气体、气压、脉宽以及切割速度观察影响切割质量的因素。得出应用氩气和氮气作为辅助气体时,效果要好于压缩空气;存在一个最佳的气压;随着脉冲宽度的降低,切割质量随之变好;切割速度与切口宽度保持一种非线性反比关系;然后应用三倍频Nd∶YAG激光器切割钴铬合金细管,比较两种激光器的切割质量和切割效果,分析两者的优劣,得出在进行微细切割时,三倍频Nd∶YAG激光器比光纤激光器有更大的优势。在今后的研究中应充分发挥三倍频Nd∶YAG激光器的优势,同时要发掘光纤激光器的特点。
The fiber laser is used to cut Co-Cr alloy cannula by changing of the aid-air, air pressure, pulse width and cutting speech in order to view the actions of the cut quality. Then the frequency tripled Nd: YAG laser is applied to cut the same material and the two cutting results were compared. It is found that using Ar or N2 as aid-air is better than using compress air, there is a best air pressure exit, the more reduce of the pulse width the better, and there is a nonlinear inverse ratio between the cutting rate and the width of cutting. And it is also found that frequency tripled Nd: YAG laser is better than fiber laser when use for micro-cutting.
