摘要
针对某S195缸套在退刀槽处断缸的问题,分析了该缸套上退刀槽处的机械应力以及机械应力与热应力的耦合结果。选出合适的退刀槽参数,代替原有设计中的"U"型退刀槽。解决了原汽缸套断缸的问题,提出了缸套生产流程中精车支撑肩工序应该注意的事项。
To the question of fracture in the relief notch of some type ' S195' cylinder, analyzing mechanical stress and coupling results of thermal stress in relief notch of some type S195 cylinder. Making sure of parameters of relief notch and replacing original ' U' style. Having solved problem of fracture in the relief notch, and also provided some ideals in the progress of manufacture. Specially, due to progress of fine turning relief notch, provide some ideals.
