摘要 [目的]探讨亚急性衰老大鼠模型中血浆总抗氧化力(TAC)的建立及补肾方对TAC的作用。[方法]以Wister大鼠为实验对象,以血浆TAC为观察指标。[结果]亚急性衰老大鼠模型的TAC下降,补肾方能提高血浆TAC。[结论]TAC为极重要的抗衰老指标。 [Objection] To study the founding of Total Antioxidant Capacity(TAC) of aging model induced by D-galactose in rat and the effect of kidney tonifying activating chinese drug on TAC. [Methods] Using the wister rats as the experimental targets, to study the effect of kidney chinese drugs by measuring the level of plasma TAC. [Results] The kidney tonifying activating chinese drug may increase plasma TAC level on aging model induced by D-galactose in rats.[Conclusion] TAC was a better important targets of retarding aging, kidney tonifying activating chinese drug can retard aging.
