摘要
从当代人力资源管理困惑、素质模型涵义及构建素质模型的必要性入手,提出有效构建和应用素质模型的方法,以促进建立符合企业实际的素质模型并能够成功地应用。
The Competency Model originated from U. S. , and it was introduced into China in 1990s. Many companies and management consultation agencies have deep research on it. How to build a company's own competency model is a permanent topic. This paper puts forwards how to build effectively competency model by analyzing the puzzle of human resources management, the meaning and necessity of building competency model.
